All Savvy Jay Jewelry items are made-to-order and take about 1 to 5 days to manufacture. Please allow 15 to 20 days after receiving confirmation email to receive your order.

Estimated shipping times are based on average manufacturing times and does not account for delays caused by vendor service disruptions and/or weather delays and local customs processing in your Country.

If multiple items are purchased, due to customizations, orders may be shipped separately depending on readiness of each piece. There is no additional cost associated with this.

All items are shipped from USA.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 20 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@savvyjayjewelry.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Orders for personalized jewelry are final sale only and can only be canceled or altered within 24 hours of purchase due to the customization of the item. However, if you are not happy with the way your piece turned out, we will repair or remake it to your satisfaction. Note that we cannot be responsible for any re-makes due to the wrong size, color, material, or customization entered.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@savvyjayjewelry.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
